The following information is usually required during the loan process:

Pay stubs for the past 30 days

W-2 forms for the past 2 years

If self-employed, all pages of tax returns for the past 2 years

All pages of your bank statements for the past 2 months

All pages of your investment account statements for the past 2 months

All pages of your retirement account statements for the past 2 months

Proof of any supplemental income

Legible copy of your social security card

Legible copy of your driver’s license

Make and model of vehicles you own and their resale value

Credit card account information

Auto loan account information

Personal loan account information

If you currently own Real Estate:

Mortgage account information

Home insurance policy information

Home equity account information (if applicable)
