Getting Started as a branch with City First is
as easy as “1, 2, 3.”

1. Fill out the “Branching Information Request ” form below and click the “submit” button. A representative will contact you shortly to begin the process or contact City First Branch Development at 801-299-1770.


2. You will be given a simple branch online application form to fill out . City First will then hold a “Committee Decision Meeting” and approve or deny the application.  Often times, more information is requested based off of the committee’s questions.


3. Once your application is approved, a member of the Branch Development team will contact you to schedule your transition and onboarding.
